The MLS.com website is a privately owned and operated by the Nanning Billin Network, Ltd. The site offers real estate listings yet reports that it does not receive any commissions or referal fees from any transactions that might take place through the site. MLS.com states that it doesn’t work directly with any real estate buyers or sellers.
Mls.com is not associated the National Realtor’s Association or Realtor.com. The website does have listings from its own realtors. You can add your home or condo to the MLS.com database by contacting one of their advertised real estate agents. These agents will then list your property in your local area MLS Multiple Listing Service. By listing it with a local MLS listing service, it can then be advertised on MLS.com.
A better approach is to hire a worthy real estate agent or broker in your city. How do you find a good real estate agent? Take a good look at their website, it’s content quality, variety, and how eager they are to help you. Examine their visibility on Google.com? Are they one of the top agents for important keyword phrases (i.g., Seattle real estate, seattle homes for sale) and how do the home listings look? Do you they have their own home listings or are they dependent on listings from another website such as realtor.com, or their local mls association. You want an agent that can get your home visible and sold.
