Homes in Upper and Lower Hermosa Show Strong Increases
Looking for homes in the most exclusive neighbourhoods in San Diego? Someone is and they’re eager to buy properties in the exclusive enclaves of upper Hermosa and Lower Hermosa. Many people consider these neighbourhoods to be part of La Jolla. Upper Hermosa and Lower Hermosa are magnificent palm lined neighbourhoods next to the Pacific Ocean on the La Jolla peninsula. The atmosphere of these communities is amazing. It’s relaxed, quiet, and many homes here have million dollar views. You can’t beat its location too since it’s right off of La Jolla Blvd and only a couple of miles from I5.

Trulia shows the typical average San Diego Luxury home prices in the most upscale parts of the City. La Jolla Homes might be of a higher calibre, yet upper and lower Hermosa is the only neighbourhood seeing rises in selling prices. Burlingame, Miramar Ranche, Del Mar Heights, Sherman Heights, La Playa, and La Jolla Heights had the largest sales increase over the last two months.
