Home Foreclosures in San Diego Stay High and may increase Next Year
Dataquick has reported that Foreclosures in San Diego accounted for 33.8 percent of September sales, down half a percent from 34.3% in August and the 35.6% foreclosure filings in September 2010. It’s believed that some lenders are being more aggressive with borrowers and they’re releasing more foreclosed properties onto the market.
Ramona, Santee, Chula Vista and Fallbrook had the highest rates of foreclosure in September and it looks like Foreclosures will increase in October.
