Search the Seattle MLS Listings
Thousands of homes, condos and vacant properties are searchable via the Seattle MLS system. The system is managed by the SEATTLE KingCounty REALTORS® association which is comprised of over 5000 local real estate professionals. The Seattle King County mls listings are made available to local participating realtors via an idx platform. If a Seattle real estate agent or realtor is not satisfied with the way their mls listings appear on their web pages, they must speak to their own mls idx provider or hire a custom idx programmer to make changes. There are restriction and guidelines pertaining to who may display Seattle MLS listings and how they are displayed. There is a charge for using the mls idx system.
