Zillow Mobile App

The Zillow Mobile App may be the only mobile phone real estate search app a home searcher need. It has just about all the info a homebuyer might be looking for as they drive around a neighbourhood looking at homes.

The Zillow app has some interesting features. Search result pages have average sales prices in each city and provide a list of buyer agents and a button so they can call them directly. This is a great way for local real estate agents to gain exposure to buyers. The Zillow MLS app also shows recent comparable home sales and prices in the area.

Zillow claims that it is #1 Real Estate iPhone App on iTunes and “Best Real Estate App” by O’Reilly Media. You can download the app at itunes. There is a version for Android, Blackberry, and iPad. Here’s Zillow’s full list of features on their MLS mobile search app:
